Al-Muʼminun (Arabic: المؤمنون, al-muʼminūn; signifying: "The Devotees") is the 23rd section (sūrah) of the Qur'an with 118 stanzas (āyāt). As to timing and context oriented foundation of the alleged disclosure (asbāb al-nuzūl), it is a prior "Meccan surah", and that implies it is accepted to have been uncovered in Mecca, rather than later in Medina.
