Yā Sīn (likewise Yaseen; Arabic: يٰسٓ, yāsīn; the letters 'Yāʼ' and 'Sīn') is the 36th part of the Quran (sūrah). It has 83 sections (āyāt). It is respected a before "Meccan surah".
