An-Nahl (Arabic: الْنَّحْل; an-nahl) is the sixteenth part (sūrah) of the Qur'an, with 128 stanzas (āyāt). It is named after bumble bees referenced in refrain 68, and contains a correlation of the business and versatility of bumble bees with the business of man. As to timing and logical foundation of the trusted disclosure (asbāb al-nuzūl), it is a prior "Meccan surah", and that implies it is accepted to have been uncovered in Mecca, rather than later in Medina.
